Where Our Terroir Takes Shape
Covering seven hectares of our vineyards on a west-facing slope at an elevation of over 230 metres, this site currently produces some of our most exciting wines. Its heavy, loamy, clay-rich soil lends the wines a distinctive fullness and minerality. We have dedicated this site exclusively to white grape varieties.

Sunshine and Captivating Fruit
This extensive south- and southwest-facing site is home to almost a third of the vineyards in Mutěnice, and our family cultivates a full 10 hectares here. The lighter soil consists of a top layer of fertile black earth over wind-deposited loess and sand. This distinctive combination and abundant sunshine give our wines their pronounced fruit character and expressive aromas. We grow both white and red grape varieties here.

Elevation, Sunshine and Freshness
Our highest vineyard site lies at around 300 metres above sea level. Its slopes are open to the southern and western sun, providing ideal conditions for grapes to ripen. Heavy clay soil over loess produces exceptional wines that retain a beautiful, vibrant acidity thanks to the higher elevation. We have reserved this outstanding site for just two white grape varieties.
